No, CompletelyArt only connects you to Nigerian visual artists and designers who can create custom-made artworks and designs for you. You can only look through the art or design portfolio of the various artists and designers to confirm who is best suited for your vision to work with.

Submit your project-brief (art or design type, size, budget, reference, deadline, description, etc). We’ll share it with verified artists and designers who’ll bid for the project. You will review the bids, select your preferred artist or designer and we oversee the project until delivery.

You are able to submit your budget when sending out your brief. Artists and Designers will still submit their bids based on your project brief. You can choose one that fits with your budget and vision.

Yes, framed or unframed artworks requiring physical delivery can be shipped anywhere within Nigeria. Shipping fees apply.

Digital artworks and graphic designs are delivered straight on your dashboard after completion.

All payments are made securely through CompletelyArt before the project begins. Funds are held safely until completion.

Timelines vary by project. Every artist and designer will work with your timeline and will include their estimated completion date in their bid before you confirm, if different. However, if your order requires physical delivery, please allow up to five extra days for shipping. You’ll also get tracking updates so you can follow your artwork’s progress from completion, packaging, to delivery. Delivery will mostly be home delivery. However, if otherwise, we will notify you of the location of the nearest office of our delivery partner where you can get it from.

Yes. We vet all artists, manage payments securely, and monitor every project from start to finish to protect both parties.

For Our Artists

No, CompletelyArt solely allows you to use your talent to satisfy the buyer’s traditional or digital custom art and design needs. You only list your existing artworks or designs as portfolios so that buyers have an idea of how talented you are and what they can expect from you.

You can register and list your artworks or designs as your portfolio. After verification, you’ll gain access to commission opportunities shared on the platform.

No. There are no fees for listing your artworks as portfolios on CompletelyArt.

I. Traditional Art: Paintings (Acrylic, Oil, Watercolor, etc.), Drawings and Portraits (Pencil, Charcoal, Pastels, chalk), or any type of illustration done on canvas, and paper. We facilitate commissions for both framed and unframed physical artworks. II. Digital Art & Design: Digital Illustrations, Logos (Brand Identity), UI/UX Designs (User Interface/Experience), concept art, and other 2D digital services. Please note that we currently don't facilitate commissions for mixed media crafts such as beadwork, sculpture, textile art, jewelry, so you cannot offer those.

When a buyer submits a project, we share the brief with you. You can submit your bid with your price and timeline. If selected, you’ll handle the project directly through the platform.

Yes. CompletelyArt charges a 20% commission on successfully completed projects. This fee helps cover marketing and promotion, secure payment processing, platform management, and project oversight, ensuring smooth communication, fair delivery, and visibility for your work.

Payments are processed through our secured system. Once we confirm project completion or delivery, your earnings (minus commission) are transferred to your bank account registered on the platform.

Yes, you decide your bid amount based on your skills, time, effort, and materials.

Once your artwork is complete, simply frame or package it appropriately (where required) and confirm completion on the platform with photo evidence of the artwork. In most cases, our delivery partners will come to your location to pick up the artwork and deliver it to the buyer at no cost from you. However, in some instances, we might reach out to you to drop off the artwork at the closest office of our delivery partners. In such cases, we will provide all the information you need to communicate the order as an order under CompletelyArt.
